Jake founded SmithRx in 2016. Under his direction SmithRx has built a new type of PBM on a modern platform technology. Throughout his time in healthcare he both built the operational infrastructure and teams at the TPA Collective Health as well as led the enterprise healthcare product initiatives at Anthem delivering the first Narrow Network products.

Jake is a retired United States Marine Corps Captain, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines.
